Environment – expired products and packaging materials
When disposing products of MOTORPAL ,a.s. which are part of a vehicle or equipment that has reached the end of its useful service life, please follow the guidelines of the manufacturer of the vehicle or equipment.
When disposing stand-alone products of MOTORPAL, a.s. that have reached the end of its useful service life, please follow the assembly instructions or manuals released by MOTORPAL, a.s.in order to avoid polluting the environment. Some parts of the products may contain harmful substances (mostly Diesel fuel and engine oils), and therefore make sure that when disassembling and assembling these parts, the quality of the surface- and groundwater is not affected and the soil is not contaminated. The products of MOTORPAL, a.s. contain materials that can be recycled. Therefore, dispose the product or its parts at a recycling collection point. The plastic and metal parts can be sorted per the type of material and then submitted to a recycling collection point.
Please dispose the products or their parts in accordance with the applicable legislation that is valid in your country!
Disposal of electric and electronic equipment after their useful service life
If the above symbol is printed on the product, its packaging or in its manual, the electric or electronic equipment must not be disposed as regular municipal waste. In order to correctly dispose, restore and recycle electric or electronic equipment, please use the dedicated recycling points. Through the correct disposal of this equipment you will help to maintain scarce natural resources and help to prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health which could occur if the equipment is not disposed correctly.
Electric or electronic equipment marketed by MOTORPAL, a.s. does not contain batteries or other backup sources of energy!

Disposal of packaging materials after their useful service life
Packaging materials used for products marketed by Motorpal, a.s. meet the requirements of the legislation of the European Union and the Czech Republic mentioned below:
- Guideline of the European Parliament and Council 94/62/ES on packaging and packaging waste
- Directive of the European Parliament and Council (ES) 1907/2006, on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
- Decision of the commission 1997/129/ES, which introduces a system to identify packaging materials
- Law 477/ 2001 Sb. on packaging materials
Motorpal, a.s. releases this information on the basis of the declarations of the suppliers of the packaging materials and substances, which are available upon request from Motorpal, a.s.
Packaging materials are made of ecological materials which can be disposed at local recycling collection points. Pay attention to the informative markings when sorting the packaging materials. Uncontaminated packaging materials can be disposed in compliance with the legislation of the European Union and the Czech Republic mentioned above or in compliance with the legislation on packaging materials of the applicable country.
Some parts of the packaging may be contaminated with preservation oils. In this case, dispose the contaminated materials in compliance with the applicable laws on waste disposal in your country.
